Welcome! I am looking forward to having you join our class.
Due to current Covid 19 Restrictions, class size has been reduced to 9 participants plus me. Please let me know if you would like to be added to a waitlist if the class is full and I will let you know the evening before class if there have been any cancellations. In the event of inclement weather, you can join in via zoom.
*Please meet in the Stonehole/Chaplin Bay carpark at 8:50am. Depending on wind and weather conditions we will practice in one of the following 2 spots:
1) There is a grassy area to the west of the car park that will work if it is very windy.
2) If it is calm, we will use the little cove nearest Long Bay beach, which is very sheltered and more private than horseshoe. It is about a 5 minute walk east from the carpark to the cove.
You may wish to bring a hat and enough water as well as a towel. For those who enjoy a cold water swim, join us after class for a refreshing and invigorating dip. Cold water swimming is very beneficial for supporting a robust immune system! If your energy is low you might also consider bringing a light fold up beach chair as the exercises can also be done seated.
Class term for 2021 is every Thursday at 9:00-10:00 am, from Jan 14 - March 25th.
