In addition to the current online services and electronic submission options, optional in-person appointments are available in the Public Information Office at our Washington, DC office, located in the James Madison Memorial Building at 101 Independence Ave. SE Room LM 401, Washington, DC 20559.
Our current in-person services are for submitting claims, requesting certified copies of certificates or copyright deposits, picking up copies, filing a registration or document, and other in-person business.
Please review the available slots, for a visit to the Library of Congress in Washington DC, below and click on the button to sign up. Please adhere to the Library’s enhanced health and safety protocols, including social distancing, optional wearing of masks, and health self-checks, that apply to all visitors.
