2020 Ski Swap - VOLUNTEER LIST

Mulligan's Hollow Ski Bowl's annual Ski Swap is fast approaching and we need LOTS of help to make this a successful event! The primary purpose of our Ski Swap is to equip local families with affordable used gear for the upcoming season. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from each item sold goes to Mulligan's Hollow to help support everything from our scholarship program to continued investments in our community ski hill. (Of course, each seller also benefits from earning money on their outgrown or no-longer-needed equipment as well!)

**One of the perks of being a volunteer is the right to pre-purchase items. This perk only applies to the person who name is designated in one of the time slots below.**

This year, to promote safer social distancing, we have moved most of the swap outdoors and extended our hours slightly. Our boot area will be run "shoe store style": guests will remain outside the lodge under the awning to try on boots, assisted by our boot fitters, in 6' distanced stations. Other volunteers will retrieve requested sizes/styles of boots from the "stockroom" inside the lodge.  Equipment and clothing sales will be under tents in the barn parking lot area.  Volunteers - Please dress to be outside regardless of the weather!

Also - to organize and display all of our merchandise outdoors, we will need to borrow many TENTS, LADDERS, and SAWHORSES (among other items). PLEASE look at our ITEMS NEEDED TO BORROW list and sign up for anything you can lend for the day.

Lots of work goes into this event and our entire season at Mulligan's Hollow. We'd love to see you at other events beyond the ski swap!
