Join Shanti for a welcomed return back to indoor classes at Spirithouse every Wednesday at 5.30pm for "Unwind Wednesday" yoga! This class is designed to help you to unwind and release tension from the body and mind. We use gentle, restorative movements, deep breathing, and soothing music to relax the nervous system, and balance mind, body and spirit. EveryBODY welcome!
