About Your Leader:
WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO ROCC? The church sign. I’m a font nerd and it caught my eye.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A MEMBER AT ROCC? 4 years
WHY DO YOU ENJOY LEADING A LIFE GROUP? Because I get a front row seat to the everyday breakthroughs in people’s lives. It’s a blessing to be a part of another’s life and get to walk alongside them through their successes, failures, and everything in between. We’re built for community, to be able to help facilitate deeper connections to Jesus, and within His church body. That’s just the bees knees in my book!
CHILDREN? HOW MANY AND AGES? No, but I have an awesome dog named Jude that likes long walks and Sonic!
HOBBIES OR INTERESTS? You can always catch me at a concert or a show of some sorts. I love live music! I enjoy game nights and dinners with friends. Really, I just love laughing and being with others whether that’s a trivia night, escape room, or a high school football game. I enjoy being with people and if that involves chips and salsa….even better!
FAVORITE PEOPLE IN THE BIBLE? Joseph (Jacob’s son). His story is woven with jealousy, rejection, betrayal, a literal pit of despair, tested faith, forgiveness, love, and ultimately redemption. It would rival any blockbuster film these days. What the enemy meant for evil- God turned it for good!
FAVORITE SCRIPTURE(S): My life verse. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6
