Que Pasa Festival Volunteers

Canal Boats (5)

The canal boats will have wooden floral arches from the Mexican Embassy that will need to be attached to the canal boats the day before the festival. The arches are at the Virginia Hispanic Chamber Office and the committee will assist in moving them.

Pre-Festival Decoration (10)

Help in decorating different areas of the festival, hanging signs and more the day before the festival.

Morning Set Up (10)

Help moving tables and chairs. Helping vendors with logistics to their spaces to set up.

Overseeing the live artist arrival. Assisting all artisan vendors upon arrival and ensuring space is clean.

Decorating the stage with draping at the bottom, signs, sponsorship banners, etc.

Assisting all food vendors upon arrival and ensuring space is clean.

Kid's Area (4)

Assisting all kid's area booths upon arrival and ensuring space is clean. Overseeing craft tables. Overseeing Latin American country tables.

Night Clean-up Team (10)
