Participants will review their inherent strengths, things they need to feel nourished (body, mind, spirit, environment), activities that make you feel joyful, strong and connected to others, core beliefs about joy, strength and community, ways that we cultivate joy, strength and community for others, recent most joyful moments and hopes for joy, strength and community in your future, ways we act on our core beliefs and adversity we have faced or outside influences that impact our experience.
Through this reflection, participants build tools and identify strength-based opportunities to cultivate resilience, joy, strength, and community.
