We are now offering vaccinations to anyone that is over the age of 18 years old. Individuals under the age of 18 will need to schedule an appointment with their primary care physician.

Make sure you schedule your second appointment. Second dose will be May 22, 2021.
ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Note: The vaccine will be given in the upper arm, please wear appropriate attire for your upper arm to be easily accessible.
AFTER GETTING YOUR COVID-19 VACCINE
You will be asked to sit and wait 15-30 minutes for observation, to watch for allergic reactions.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS AFTER GETTING A COVID-19 VACCINE
COVID-19 vaccination will help protect you from getting COVID-19. You may have some side effects, which are normal signs that your body is building protection. These side effects may affect your ability to do daily activities, but they should go away in a few days. Some people have no side effects. Please visit: Possible Side Effects | CDC
