TRX Suspension Training

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises that help develops strength, balance, flexibilty, and core stability simultaneously. Using the TRX suspension trainer tool uses the leverage of gravity and body weight to complete the movement of exercises. This class is for all levels, beginner to Advance. All exercise can be modified for meet physical needs.
