Goodman Community Center
Interval training class that uses calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Workouts are desiged to challenge individuals physically and mentally, promote camaraderie with other participants, and build teamwork skills to complete challenges. This class is open to all levels of fitness from beginner to advance. All exercise can be modified to accomodate physical needs.
