Exec Board Position: Oversee all committees, help plan budget, plan and run monthly meetings

Basketball Games Coordinator
Manage promotion of game, concessions and volunteers for games against other middle schools.
Eighth Grade Party Coordinator
Plan and manage end-of-year evening party for 8th Graders
Manage in person and online sales of school spirit wear, including preparing deposits of payments
Promote Mini-Grant program to teachers, communicate with them through email to guide them through the process of applying, present requests at PTA meetings or through email, notify teachers of grant status and how to secure their funds.
Coordinate and manage food for school staff throughout the school year
Coordinate small or large group project(s) for the school grounds as fits into your schedule.
Diversity Event Coordinator
Plan and manage a celebration of our diverse student body for one evening during the school year.
Hispanic Outreach Coordinator
Work to engage more Latino parents with the PTA and school events
Plan and manage Ice Skating event for students once or twice during school year
Manage website content
Box Tops Chair
Collect Box Tops, sort and submit them throughout the year.
Encourage parents to sign up for store loyalty programs, and contact stores for their sign up information (back to school time)
Purchase gift cards and help recognize students who bring up their grades in the 2nd and 3rd quarter.
