St. John Confirmation 2021

Welcome to Confirmation 2021 sign up!  Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are limited to 10 people per in-person learning this year.

Please choose a session for your child. This will guarantee that spot in that class--BUT YOU MUST REGISTER by filling out the registration form that will be emailed to you on February 19th.  If you do not complete the registration, the spot may be forfeited.

Please note:

• Classes MUST have at least 6 students in them to be held. 
• The Google Form that will be emailed MUST be filled out by February 25, 2021!
• Cost is $30/person, you can mail a check or use GiveCentral
• This sign up DOES NOT guarantee you are registered! Registration will be sent to the email you provided in the sign up! 
• IN PERSON: All Students coming in person agree to wear masks, follow COVID-19 protocol AND remain socially distant! 
• VIRTUAL: All students signing up for VIRTUAL classes, MUST have access to Zoom AND join with cameras on!  
• We have not recevied a Confirmation date as of yet; we are looking at mid-June.
