All volunteers for shifts that begin at 8 AM will assist with set up. It is the professional expection that you be on time for set up as we will also provide training during this time as well. All volunteers for the 2:00PM shift will also assist with clean up at the end of the event.
Entrance: volunteers will greet patient(s), confirm appointment(s), provide information and check COVID screen if applicable.
Appointments, Traffic Assistance, Temperature and Monitoring: volunteers will take the patients temperature and provide the information to the screener prior to vaccination. They will monitor the patients for 15 or 30 minutes post vaccination. If a patient waves over, honks horn, or looks in distress the monitor will immediately bring a clinicain to the area (Pharmacist, Physician Assistant, Nurse, Dentist etc.) Appointments will be made using Ipad. Traffic Assistance will help park vehicles and exit vehicles.

If the patient answers "Yes" to any of the questions, the form MUST be reviewed by the immunizing clinician PRIOR to vaccination to ensure that it is ok to proceed. Both front and back of the form MUST be completed.
