We encourage you to work with your healthcare provider.
You should receive a confirmation email after you sign up. Save that email in case you need to reschedule or cancel. Please be very careful as to not make any typos while entering your email. It may take up to 30 minutes to receive that email; check your junk mail if you do not receive the email.
- To reschedule: First, schedule a new appointment and then go back in to cancel the original appointment.
- To cancel: Click 'edit sign up' at the bottom of your confirmation email, click 'delete', and then click 'yes-delete' to finalize.
