The Caldwell County COVID-19 Vaccine Notification List is open to all adults 16 years and older. Caldwell County is not administering the COVID-19 vaccine. Everyone on this list receives a notification about Upcoming Covid-19 Vaccine Clinics from local providers or one of our partners.
Who is Eligible for Vaccination Now:
All individuals ages 18 and older qualify for the Moderna vaccines. Individuals 16 and older are eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine.
Appointments for vaccines will be made utilizing the COVID-19 Vaccine Waitlist. Once you are on the waitlist, you will receive an email from Eventbrite when a vaccine appointment becomes available. You will have 12 hours to respond to the email and set your appointment.
Those without a computer, internet access, or an email address can call (512)-359-4637 for assistance with signing up for the waitlist. We will contact you when vaccine clinics are available (ex. phone or email). Once you provided contact and address (location) information, you are then on the standby list. Please read all of the information here for details of how we will contact you.
Note: If you have already received the first dose, please DO NOT register here. You will be informed on how to receive your second dose when you arrive for your first dose.
No Email or Internet Access Signups:
After you have signed up for the waitlist, appointments are scheduled based on vaccine availability and the date you signed up. You will receive a phone call based on the contact information you provide and will have 2 hours to return our call depending on availability.
All Other Signups:
When the vaccine is available, you will be notified through this system to check your email for further instructions to make your appointment. Declining will not remove you from the system. Declining will put you back in the cue to receive future appointment notifications. If you wish to be removed from this vaccine standby list or have received a vaccine from another provider, please delete your account.
