You are invited.
New City Neighbors welcomes you to A Place Called Home.
After receiving word that we needed to relocate our base of operations, we have been blessed with a beautiful home as the new site of our farm, offices, and programs. Our new home is a farmhouse right in the Creston neighborhood! But, we have some renovations to do before we can move in.
Our upcoming farmhouse tour is a fundraiser that will allow supporters like you to walk through our new space and learn about our plans moving forward. Included in the tour are historical points of the property and exciting opportunities to contribute to our work. Donations will garner the chance to receive gift cards to local restaurants, supporting our next chapter and other amazing businesses. We are also hosting an online auction of some incredible artwork from local artists: Hwa-Jeen Na, Mary Milroy Marin, Alfield Reeves, Gene Sampson, Edward Kloote, Robin Long, and the floral designs of three-time Art in Bloom winner, Mari Ignatoski of Ginko Studios. You'll be able to see their work during the tour and make auction bids right on your phone. The link to the online auction will be released near the launch of the tours.
We can't wait to share our next steps with you! Partner with us in our mission to empower youth to reach their full potential as we take up radical hospitality in our neighborhood. Sign up for the tour below.
We're excited to see you!
*Please note that the farmhouse is an active construction site and may be difficult to walk through for a guest with mobility challenges. Part of our fundraising is to make the house accessible to all and ADA compliant.
