February 28th Modified In Person Worship

On February 28, we will be streaming the virtual worship service from the sanctuary to the Christian Life Center (CLC) where a limited number of congregants will be able to watch the worship service together in person. The service will continue to be streamed to Facebook and YouTube. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time as we take precautionary measures to create an environment that is as safe as possible. The Task Force dedicated to reopening our campus has established the following guidelines for our initial return to worship. Please respect these guidelines and understand that they may (and probably will) change from week to week but will always be rooted in our deep love of God, this church and you.

  1. Reservations to attend are required and sign ups will be handled through SignUp Genius. Each individual family member must have a separate reservation. Any person serving as a volunteer or worship leader in any capacity must also have a reservation. If you do not have a reservation, you will not be permitted to attend. No exceptions. There is no provision at this time for advance or continuing reservations. Reservations will be offered first to branches on a rotating basis and then if there are still available slots will be opened to the entire congregation. Once the stated capacity is met, there is no provision for a waiting list or notification of cancellations. Reservations for the service will be limited to 50. The schedule for rotating branches is as follows.

                    February 28 Branches 2, 6 and 10

                    March 7 Branches 3, 7 and 11

                    March 14 Branches 4, 8 and 12

                    March 21 Branches 1, 5 and 9

  1. At the present time, there will be no nursery provided and no children’s church.

  1. You will enter the CLC through the doors from the parking lot and will exit through the back doors as directed by the ushers after worship. You will need to bring your own chairs. Ushers will direct you as to where to place your chairs.

  1. We continue to encourage online giving or mail in options, however, there will be an offering box located near the check-in station.

  1. There will be a mandatory check-in procedure that includes temperature checks, use of hand sanitizer, and wearing of masks. Masks will be provided to those needing one.

  1. There will be no access to the second floor of the Christian Life Center and for the time being there will be no Coffee Fellowship.

  1. Please DO NOT sing the hymns but instead read the lyrics or hum along. Printed bulletins will not be available so if you want one, please print it at home and bring it with you. Bulletins are available on Friday prior to the service at www.wakeforestpres.org/online in the blue box.
