September 26, 2022 | Regular Meeting In-Person Public Comments

The CCSD Board of Trustees is currently allowing in-person public comment at meetings in accordance with the linked policies below. Those wishing to address the Board in-person must pre-register ahead of each meeting to secure their spot as a result of COVID-19 meeting room capacity and safe distancing protocols in place. 

A maximum of 30 individuals may pre-register to address the Board in-person at this time. Pre-registration for in-person comments will close at noon on the scheduled meeting date.

Please note: Per Policy BE, a maximum of 30 minutes shall be provided for public comment to the board. If the list of those signed up to speak exceeds 15 names, the 30-minute period will be divided equally among those speakers. Each speaker shall be allowed a minimum of one minute. In the event that all speakers cannot each be afforded one minute within the 30-minute period, the period may be extended only by Board vote.

By signing up for a time slot, you are agreeing to abide by the guidelines and procedures outlined in the public comments policies attached below including, but not limited to:

Seating in the board room is limited due to physical distancing requirements. Securing a spot to provide in-person public comments does not guarantee that you will be able to stay to watch the meeting in-person.

Individuals who wish to provide public comment but are unable to secure an in-person spot may still submit comments electronically to [email protected] no later than 1 hr prior to the scheduled start of the meeting.
