The Center for Strength is excited to introduce a new drop in martial arts program designed to build strength through breathing, meditation, and self-defense. To accoomdate school schedules, ther are two classes available. While these classes encourage the development of strength, it is entirely up to the individual to find their own limits and to develop the confidence to push themselves beyond it. Safety, compassion, awareness, and respect will always be a top priority.
Classes are currently scheduled in-person. Due to limited capacity there are only 8 spots available.
This activity should be considered as a complementary to and not a replacement for traditional Evidence Based Therapy or counseling.
