BSMS 2019 Talent Show Volunteers

BSMS 2019 Talent Show Volunteer Openings!

BSMS Parents, We need your help!  This is a high-energy event that requires many volunteers to assure success.   It is the biggest PTSA event of the school year, and many hands make light work! Please read through the job descriptions below to see if you can help.  Your child does NOT need to be in the talent show for you to help.

Some jobs are time intensive or require specific skills, so if you have the time and/or the skills, please join the team!  There are also many jobs that are one time drop-in jobs. We need these as well, so that those doing the more time intensive jobs can focus elsewhere and depend on you to make sure the important details get completed!

The Talent Show is a time when many alumni students and family return to visit their favorite middle school!  In addition to the entertainment on stage, we hold a gift basket raffle in the media center to raise funds for PTSA events and programs, and the 8th graders sell concessions during intermission to raise funds for the 8th grade field trip.

Questions?  Contact Brenda Gross, [email protected] or mobile text/call 336-402-8365.

** Denotes a big job. The other jobs are important, but require less preparation and time.
