Session 1 2022 Swimming Lesson Sign Up

Please Note:  This is the sign-up for Session 1 Swimming Lesson 2022.  Classes take place Monday through Thursday, June 6-16.  Friday mornings and evenings are back-up days if we have inclement weather. 

If you need a different session or want to register in mutliple sessions, please click on the link that corresponds to the session you desire.  The links can be found in the pinned post on the City of Faulkton Facebook page. 

In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in this class, I agree to assume all risks of such activity and hereby release and hold harmless Faulkton City Pool and their agents, employees, instructors, and student interns from any and all claims, suits, losses, or causes of action for damages, for injury or death, including claims of negligence, arising out of or related to my child’s participation in this class.  My name on this form is acknowledgement that I have read and agree to these terms.
