Recital Volunteers for June 5th

Anyone interested in volunteering to help at the recitals is welcome and very much needed!  FootNotes relies on the assistance of many dedicated volunteers to provide a high-quality experience for your children.  Your child is a direct beneficiary of this volunteer effort, so we hope that you will become an enthusiastic member of our team.

• Class Moms are needed for each class to supervise the dancers ensuring that each child in her care is safe and accounted for.  They do not need a recital ticket for the show they volunteer for as they will not be in the audience but WILL be able to watch their class perform from backstage and maybe the side of the audience.  
• Class moms are responsible for making sure that each child is in the proper costume, has the proper accessories and shoes, and is backstage at the appropriate time.
• You will need to be present before students begin showing up and for the entire run of show.  You will assist in checking in and dismissing.  You will also be assisting your students with costume changes if needed.  
• Other volunteer jobs include assisting with the check-in and release process for all students.
• ONLY designated volunteers will be permitted backstage.  This policy is to insure the safety of all the students. All backstage volunteers will be required to wear a mask.  
• You will be emailed a list of tips and responsibilities once we receive signups.
