Problem-solving is essential to every position in every organization. Lean is a highly effective problem solving methodology based on key principles to eliminate waste and increase value. This concept is designed to improve processes and quality from the point of view of the customer. This workshop will introduce you to Lean principles and tools and how they can be used to improve customer service and value in your work environment. You will gain a better understanding of tools such as the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) model for how to problem solve.
