Dine Out for Mom marketing materials need to be delivered to participating restaurants TWICE in October. Each Restaurant Representative will be responsible for an area. Look over the list and choose an area that is convenient for you. When you sign-up, you will be responsible for BOTH deliveries.
1st delivery of Restaurant Marketing Material to your assigned restaurants deadline of Saturday, Oct 8th
- Pick up materials from LTBM office on Wednesday, October 5th OR Thursday, October 6th (10:30am-2:30pm) and deliver to your assigned restaurants by Saturday, Oct 8th.
- You will review the instructions with restaurant owner/manager and pick-up gift card.
- Drop off gift cards to LTBM office after your delivery on Thursday, October 6th or Monday, Oct 10th (10am-3pm). (LTBM's office is closed on Fridays)
2nd delivery of Marketing Materials to your assigned restaurants deadline of Wednesday, Oct 26th
- Pick up materials from LTBM on Monday, Oct 24th (10:30am-2:30pm) and deliver materials to restaurants by Wed, Oct 26th. Must be delivered to restaurants by closing on Wed, Oct 26th.
- You will review instructions with restaurant owner/manager.
We are needing volunteers who can be a BACK-UP for these Restaurant Reps. The back-up volunteer will only be called on if there is a reason the Student Ambassador cannot make a delivery. The deliveries are as follows:
