Dear Parents,

Parent-Teacher Conferences this fall will be held virtually on Thursday, March 18, in ten-minute time slots from 12:30-2:30pm and 5:00-7:00pm. You will sign up through the links, as explained below, and then your student's teacher will send you via email on Wednesday, March 17, a link for a Google Meet through which to conduct the actual conference.

Thank you for using Sign Up Genius to schedule a parent teacher conference.  We hope you will find this a useful tool to easily manage conference scheduling.  All information is confidential.  Near the end of the process, you will be asked if you want to sign up as a member of Sign Up Genius --that is not necessary to schedule a conference.

Please look for the teacher’s name with whom you want to schedule a conference.  Pick a time which is open and convenient for you.  If you need to meet with more than one teacher simply look up the second teacher’s name and follow the same process.  Only one person can sign up for a time slot at a time, so if you are locked out just try another time slot.  Please limit your conference to one 10 minute session.  

If you are uncertain of your student’s schedule, you can, of course, check with your child, or failing that, his/her schedule is always available in PowerSchool.
