WBG needs your help at our organization booth at this year's Old Louisville Springfest.
More details about this festival:
Saturday, May 18th, 10am-7pm in Toonerville Trolley Park, near the corner of Brook & Oak Street in Historic Old Louisville. Springfest is Old Louisville's biggest springtime festival and neighborhood market, and is always FREE and open to the general public. The festival features 100 local vendors and non-profits, as well as food trucks, artisanal food, a beer garden, cocktails, bourbon tasting, and KY famous bourbon slushees. Held rain or shine.
Shifts at the WBG table will be two hours apiece. The first and last shifts of the day require some set-up and tear down. If you have a WBG shirt, feel free to wear it. If you don't have one, no worries. There will be no WBG merch sales at this event.
If this is your first time helping out at our booth, please note that in the Comments. If you are signing up yourself and someone else for the same shift, please provide their name in the Comments.
Your Event Captain is: CLAUDIA FOULKES, (502) 939-4129
OUR BOOTH # IS 101 (see attached map)
If you cannot make it to your shift, are running late, find yourself alone at your shift, and/or no one has come to relieve you at the end of your shift, please let the Event Captain know ASAP.
Thank you for all you do to spread knowledge and enthusiasm in the community for this project!
