Auction Co-Chairs or Chair (2)

Chairperson is responsible for overseeing and facilitating business donation requests and receipts, organizing volunteers for callers, pickups, logging donations and descriptions, and basket/item creation. Crucial to the success of the event!

 

Auction Committee (8)

Committee will help call, pick up and log all donations given by businesses. They will attend meetings w the auction chairs and help with basket/item creation. Crucial to the success of the event!

Decorating (8)

This committee will be responsible for preparing decorations prior to event day, set up day of event and attend meetings in relation to the decor of the event.
