January 29th-31st @ Camp Chris Dobbins
This is the premier winter camping event to test patrol/crew Scout skills & have fun with the Black Feather and Centennial District units!
Saturday will be filled with activities where our Scout's will test their abilities and outdoor skills
We will meet at Chase bank in the King Soopers parking lot (Arapahoe & Smoky Hill near Cherokee Trail HS) on Friday the 29th with a planned departure time of 4:30
The cost is $20 per person plus food if registered before January 14, late registrations are $25 per person plus food. (food is expected to be $20-25 per person)
Arrow of Light
AOL are encouraged to attend but must be accompanied by an adult. Cost for AOL Scouts and their adult is $15 each, before the 14th and $20 each, after. You can register and pay via this link https://denverboyscouts.doubleknot.com/event/2765589.
Cost of food will be covered by Troop 12.
While this is an overnight activity for the Troop it is recommended that Arrow of Light Scouts just attend Saturday arriving for flags at 8:30am and staying as long as they like. Activities last until 5pm but you can see the details in the Participant Guide that should have been emailed to you or your AoL Leader.
Per the event sponser, registration fees are non-refundable.
As with all Troop events once you sign up, your Scout account will be charged the Camping Fee. Food costs will be based on the menus and actual participants and will be charged to your account after the trip. The commitment date for food charges will be 1/25, cancellations after that date will still be charged for food.
