Love Where You Live Saturday (30)

Saturday is Plano's LWYL Day. Do light home repairs and yard work for those in need. Appropriate for adults and teen youth with the ability to do light physical work.

On premises at the church. Help assemble 5000 meals for Send Hope/Kids Against Hunger. Appropriate for all ages and physical abilities.

Assist Assistance Center of Collin County (12)

Offsite at the Assistance Center. Projects include replacing ceiling tiles, planting flowers and assembly of hygiene kits. Appropriate for all ages. Some adults that are physically able to stand on a ladder to change tiles are needed.


Cookie trays for area businesses (20)

Do a Random Act of Kindness in the community! Assemble and deliver cookie trays with thankful message to folks in area businesses that work on Sunday. Appropriate for all ages and physical abilities.

Agape House Facelift (27)

Offsite - Agape Houses shelter homeless and abused women and children and help them gain independence. Wash windows and paint bedroooms at one of the Agape Houses. Appropriate for adults and children able to do light work.

On premises - Assemble stress relief bags for teachers at nearby schools. Appropriate for all ages and physical abilities.

Second Chance SPCA (16)

Second Chance SPCA is a shelter in downtown Plano. Help with projects around the shelter and love on animals! Must be 16 or older.

11:00am - 3:00pm  

Youth Choir - Sing to Heritage Manor and Collinwood residents and deliver cookies to nursing stations. (20)

Youth Choir and chaperones only. Go to Heritage Manor and sing to residents, have lunch, then go to Collinwood and sing. Group will also bring trays of cookies to nursing stations.
