CanDo 5K

2019 Can Do 5K Volunteers

Can Do 5K - Seattle Times Building - 19200 120th Ave NE Bothell, WA 98011

The Can Do 5K Run and Walk is organized by My Village Northwest (formally Northwest Special Families) to bring awareness to what people with special needs Can Do.  We celebrate the challenges people with physical or developmental disabilities face, and overcome.  The Can Do 5K puts the emphasis on CAN!

It takes a community to accomplish great things.  Please consider recruiting a few friends and come VOLUNTEER!!   Some volunteers jobs will still allow you to run/walk the Can Do! You will be inspired by what you CAN DO to make a difference.  Students can also receive community service hours.
