Please select dates you will be attending either in-person or virtual.
Cancellation Policy- 24 hours notice required to cancel once signed up on sign up genius (please understand that someone else might be trying to schedule & for instructor notice)- class cards will be stamped 24hrs prior to class.

Covid-19 Waiver/Policies form must be completed and emailed prior to first class. Hard copies available at studio.
Health Screening Questionaire must be completed prior to each class.
