Hello, all!

A new year, a new date, and a new location for the Richmond VegFest...and we want YOU!  Are you ready to make connections with some of the most passionate animal advocates in RVA?  Well, sign up to volunteer at the Richmond VegFest TODAY.

The Richmond VegFest has become one of the most well-known and respected VegFests in the country. Through it all, our festival has only been successful due to the tireless efforts of our volunteers.

All volunteers who sign up for a shift will receive a VegFest Volunteer T-shirt and a $5 voucher for food OR a $10 voucher to use towards the cost for an adorable VegFest t-shirt with our beautiful new logo.


* Returning volunteers who opt to re-use their shirts will receive $10 vouchers. 

* Each volunteer MUST have an email address to ensure they are invited to our Volunteer Appreciation Party.

You'll notice that most shifts are 4 hours, however, a couple of spots require less hours and receive the same benefits.

Vendor Welcome Team (24)

(7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) This is our most critical part of set-up. Volunteers will be placed (with maps) at strategic points around the festival to help guide our vendors to their booths.

Main Welcome Booth (3)

(11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.) This involves greeting our attendees as they enter the festival, giving out materials, and answering festival-related questions. As the festival begins at 12:00, the first hour will be helping to set up the booth and get oriented
