PLEASE READ - INSTRUCTIONS AND PROTOCOLS FOR MASSES AT HOLY TRINITY
Because we must limit the number of attendees to minimize the risk of the spread of disease, and in order to avoid “turning people away” at our doors, we ask that you sign up for Masses through these Sign Up Genius links. **NOTE: These Masses at Holy Trinity are intended for our own parishioners only at this time.
Please do not come to Mass if you are sick or know you have been exposed to someone who is sick. All Mass attendees will be required to:
1) Bring their own mask/face covering from home and wear it at all times, 2) Bring their own hand sanitizer from home and sanitize their hands before and after Mass and before receiving Holy Communion as well. [The church will have a very limited supply of hand sanitizer], 3) Practice social distancing (at least six feet between non-related persons) at all times.
To sign up for a Mass:
- Find your Mass time on the left hand column and choose a slot for you (individually) or multiple spots for members of your family (living together in the same household.) You will be seated accordingly when you arrive for Mass by the ushers. See the map of these pew sections in the church here.
- After selecting your slot(s) and clicking "submit and sign up", fill our your name, contact information and whether you have been exposed to someone who is sick in the past two weeks.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your spot from Sign Up Genius. On the day you signed up for, please arrive at least 15 minutes early for the Mass and patiently allow the greeters to check your name off our list. You will then be escorted to a section by the ushers from front to back. Mass will be dismissed from back to front. Please do not congregate before or after Masses in the Church or parking lot and do leave promptly so preparations can begin for the next Mass.
Those individuals who are considered "vulnerable" (over the age of 60 and/or underlying medical condition such as diabetes; lung disease; undergoing cancer treatment, etc.) should consider staying at home until more information is obtained about their safety in public spaces. The dispensation from Sunday Masses will remain in effect for all Catholics.
We look forward to seeing you back at church!
