Lengthen, Strengthen, Release Stress and Balance Your Energy.
This all-levels class features yoga postures to increase flexibility, strength and balance. Breathing techniques help to focus and calm the mind and reduce stress. We'll close with relaxation and meditation. Energy medicine yoga techniques and accupressure point holds will be provided to enhance your experience energetically.
When: Wednesday evenings, 6-7:00 PM virtually on Zoom.
