Help us pack goody bags to be distributed to race participants during packet pick up

No-Parking Sign Placement (8)

Help put up "No Parking" signs along the race routes

Registration, Split the Pot and T-shirt Sale Set Up (6)

Set up tables and chairs, t-shirts, supplies and paperwork for registration, raffle and t-shirt sales.

Food Station Set Up (4)

Set up tables and tents for food service, including breakfast for racers and post event food.


Tent/Table & Water Station Set Up (4)

Set up tents, tables, chairs, and water stations according to event map


Registration (6)

Check in race participants, help non-registered participants complete registration form, and give participants goody bags and pre-ordered tees (from pre-registraiton - race day tee shirt purchases can be made at the tee-shirt sales table.).

Registration Runner (2)

Run completed registrations to timing company (at starting line) for input into timing system prior to race start.


Volunteer Check-in Assistant (2)

Help staff with volunteer check-in by collecting waivers and giving volunteers t-shirts

7:00am - 10:00am  

Route Workers (7)

Stand along race route and direct, cheer and encourage participants. NOTE: Race Director will pick up route volunteers promptly at 7:45 AM at the check in point.


Water Station Attendantants (race route) (2)

Fill cups with water and hand to racers at water station. Clean up cups that are dropped on ground and load onto truck. NOTE: Race Director will pick up route volunteers promptly at 7:45 am at the check in point.

Raffle ticket sales (6)

Sell split the pot tickets at table or walking around throughout the event.

T-shirt sales (2)

Sell past and current year t-shirts.


Kid’s Fun Run Attendant (4)

Encourage children to sign up for the Kids’ Fun Run, assemble kids who are interested in running in the Fun Run, Lead the group to starting line, start the race, and determine the winner of the race.


Finish Line Worker (2)

Direct participants to finish, assist with determining finish results, congratulate and tell participants about after race party. Make sure cups of water are available/replenished if needed.

Griller and Food Station Attendant (4)

Assist with grilling brats, metts and hot dogs. Grill provided. Assist with finishing sausage and hot dog prep (put in buns and then in holding containers.) Make sure food is ready to serve and replenish items that run out.


Survey takers (4)

Walk around during the after-party and ask people to take a survey about the race.


Face painting

Use stencils to do face painting for kids (materials supplied).
