8th Grade Moving Up Reception

We need everyone's help to make the 8th Grade Moving Up Ceremony Reception special while our 8th graders and their families celebrate together. Please sign up below to contribute food, money, or your time to help give our 8th graders & their families have a really special day!

Please note, due to the District's new allergy policy, we are no longer able to accept food that is HOMEMADE in any celebration. All food must arrive in it's original, unopened package with a nutritional label. All food must be nut & tree nut free. This includes fruit that has been cut at home, like watermelon.  Fruit or vegetables that arrive in the original, unopened package with a nutritional label are allowed under this regulation (for example: unpeeled clementines, bags of baby carrots, bananas, fruit cups, packages of pre-cut, individually wrapped apples, and so forth). All food must be safe for everyone that attends.

Snack Safely is a great resource for allergy-friendly snacks for school (https://snacksafely.com/safe-snack-guide/).

We will also need help to set up, serve and clean up, times are listed below.

We are also accepting monetary donations via the HSA No Frills fundraiser link: http://www.mmshsa.org/no-frills-2.html If you donate through paypal, please add in the notes that the donation is for the 8th Grade Moving Up Ceremony Reception.

We encourage our 6th & 7th grade families to donate & help at the reception to help give our 8th grade families time to enjoy the day.

Please deliver all items to the front lawn of MMS the morning of June 21. Please try to have all items dropped off between 8:30-9:30, reception starts at 10.
