JAZZ BAND MEMBERS should ONLY select from the specific shift times reserved for Jazz Band members.

STUDENT VOLUNTEERS are needed for Friday night Set Up and Saturday before, during, and after the event. Please report to the Cafeteria (Study Hall Area) to sign in and receive instructions. Please dress appropriately meeting LEHS Dress Code standards. Every task includes being on your feet, so wear comfortable, non-skid shoes!

SERVICE HOUR LETTERS are available for all Student Volunteers. Volunteers are guaranteed the full amount of hours per shift even if set up on Friday and clean up on Saturday ends earlier. Band members may use their volunteer time for Service Hours or Enrichment Points. You may sign up for as many shifts as you are able to serve.

ALL STUDENT VOLUNTEERS EAT FOR FREE!

Volunteers will help with setting tables, decorating, unloading supplies and general set-up duties. This is NOT the set-up of the stage--Jazz Director will coordinate this task with Jazz Band Members

HOST/HOSTESS (2)

Host/Hostess in Dining Room to seat guests. Adult Volunteers will assist you.

 

TABLE CAPTAINS (5)

Table Captains coordinate with the Host/Hostesses for seating, Table Servers for serving, Support Team for clean up and resetting of dining tables.

Non-Jazz Band Members ONLY should sign up for this shift. Event ends at noon, but this shift includes break down and clean up. This shift may end before 1:00 depending on how fast clean up goes.  10:00am - 1:00pm
