Improving Health With Essential Oils

North Hampton Public Library is offering a series of workshops aimed at improving health through using essential oils for ages 12 and over. You may sign up for all or part of the series. There will be materials fees associated with some of the workshops and sign up is required for any or all. The classes will be taught by Kiska Alexandropoulos.

Kiska Alexandropoulos, of Serenity Health Coaching  is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Essential Oil Educator. She has an extensive background in alternative health practices, nutrition and gardening. 

Kiska is passionate about supporting people in making positive lifestyle choices to elevate their physical and emotional health. In addition to individual and group health coaching, she also offers AromaTouch, Therapy and Reiki sessions. She is always available to consult about essential oils and other natural health solutions!
