By signing up for an information table you are signing up to help with set up, participate during the event by handing out information such as brochures, postcards w/our performance dates, help people sign up for auditions/mailing list and answer questions about the organization/choirs, help to clean up/ tear down after the event. If you are unable to stay for the entire event, please write that in the comments, however please try to stay as long as you are able.
*equipment to be set up: table, tablecloth, 10 x 10 pop-up tent, brochures, post cards, pens, etc
*please bring your own camp/lawn chair to sit in and take it home with you at the end of the event
*wear your SMCA t-shirt to the event
*bring your own chair to the event
*be professional, but also please have a good time and interact with patrons as much as possible, remember when you are at these events you are representing our organization...so keep the cell phones away, engage people, and please no swearing or leaving the table for prolonged period of time without telling another SMCA volunteer so we can make sure you are safe/accounted for
*while representing our group, please no alcohol intake. you are free to drink alcohol after the info table is torn down. it is fine to bring some snacks or food to the info table however, and please bring plenty of water as it is often very hot outside.
