There's no better way to celebrate summer than with a Block Party!
SFSU School of Nursing is partnering with The Hayes Valley Resident Management Council and the Resident Services Team to provide health screenings to residents of Hayes Valley Apartments. Our goal is to empower the residents to take charge of their health through one-on-one screenings, education, and wellness planning. Target health issues include hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and BMI.
We expect to have between 40-60 residents in attendance so come join in on the fun and help reduce health disparities in SF!
