The Kirk's policy is to follow the advice of the North Carolina Department of Health, the CDC and our own Safe Gathering Task Force regarding in person gatherings. They are the experts and have the best understanding of how to protect the public which includes our members and attendees.
Face coverings are required for inside (and outside) in-person worship. At check in, a screening questionnaire will be reviewed. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of worship to allow time for check in and seating. We will continue with assigned seating throughout April, following our Safe Gathering Task Force seating recommendations.
Worship will include scripture, sermon, prayer and music.
- Please follow the directions of ushers/greeters/staff and to maintain at least 6 feet distance from other households.
- Ushers will escort one household at a time to their seats in the sanctuary, which will be clearly indicated. Please cooperate with our greeters as they seat family groups, even you don't end up in your 'usual' pew.
If you RSVP for worship and then decide not to attend for any reason, please let us know by noon Friday so that your seats can be released to someone else. If all seats are already requested, please add your household to the waitlist. We will contact you via email if space becomes available. This will also help us gauge interest in coming weeks.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the church office ([email protected]) or one of the pastors.
