Sue Galligani will start the workshop with 45 minutes of Open Heart Yoga. Suitable for all levels , open heart yoga is a calming practice including mindful breathing, gentle movements and poses. Find flexibility and relaxation , serenity and balance as she guides you with music and caring instruction. Open your heart and soothe your body mind and spirit!
After Yoga, Anna will spend the next 45 minutes facilitating an Open Heart Meditation utilizing the breath, sound, visualization and attention itself in order to increase awareness of each moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, calm or empty the mind.
Our goal in this workshop is for each participant to leave with increased self-confidence, mental and emotional clarity, happiness and peace of mind.
The price for this experience is $30.00.
Please dress comfortably, bring a mat, pillow and water bottle. No experience needed.
