Bike Ride in Irvine

TriLaVie athletes desire strong bodies with strong minds!  Along with our training, we like to treat ourselves with good food shared together.  Throughout the season we gather for breakfast after our weekend trainings.  This allows us to be social, replenish our energy and finish our training feeling complete!
