STEP 2: Look through the list of WEEKLY homework help opportunities.
STEP 3: When you find a day, time, and content area that you feel like you can commit to on a weekly basis, sign up!
STEP 4: If you do not already have a Microsoft Teams account (if you are an OCPS student then you already have one) click here to open one using the email address you include on the registration in step 1.
What do I do next and where do I "go" to tutor?
Before your first tutoring appointment, please follow the steps below to get set up on the Army of Angels Microsoft Teams Oranization. There is not a "code" to join the organization.
- Completely shut down your computer and restart it.
- Log into Microsoft Teams. If you are an OCPS student you can access Teams from the icon on your desktop or Launch Pad.
- Once you have logged into Teams, in the upper right hand corner there will be a drop down to switch "organizations". Click the drop down and change from OCPS to Army of Angels.
- If you do not see the drop-down, completely shut down, restart your computer and try again.
- Once you have switched "Organizations" to Army of Angels, Join the meeting in progress in the General room.
- A tutoring facilitator will greet you and open a breakout room for you and the student you will be tutoring.
