2019 Berthoud Oktoberfest

Thank you for volunteering to help us with our Annual Traditional Oktoberfest Event! Please review the list and sign-up where you would like to volunteer. This event could not take place without volunteers, so we thank you in advance!

To express our appreciation for everyone that volunteers at this event, we are inviting you to a Volunteer Party in Fickel Park, Friday, October 4, starting at 4:30 - 6:00 pm. We will provide beer and wine.

On the day of the event, we ask that you come to the chamber booth (in the middle of the park) to "check-in" at least 15 minutes early with our Point of Contact (POC) who will be wearing a lime green safety vest. You will be marked off that you've arrived, given a lanyard as well as instructions. When you finish your shift, please come back to the chamber booth and "check-out" with the POC. At that time when you turn in your lanyard, you will receive either a free beer token & pretzel or a box lunch (depending on your shift).

Check-in with Main POC, then work with other vendor check-in people that are stationed at each entrance, to help direct vendors to their spots (2 people/corner of park).
