We will have three sessions for our "Cooking for Crowds" ServSafe training class. All classes will be held at Christ UCC Church. The class will be administered by Penn State University. It is strongly suggested that all volunteer coordinators and at least one other kitchen volunteer from each organization participate in this training. It is mandatory for new groups to participate. The only exception will be groups who are only participating once per season and have seasoned kitchen mentors who have participated in the training onsite at all times. BES will sponsor the cost of up to three volunteers from each organization to attend this training. Additional participants will be $5.00 to cover our cost. The Serve Safe training will expire after 3 years. Please choose ONE of the three below sessions.
