Kingwood Fillies BBQ Tailgate

We need lots of volunteers to make this event a success! Please sign up below for a shift. Since this is on a Friday night I know that these shift times might mean making arrangements for your family after school so I would like to start by saying how much I appreciate your help!
Set Up starts at 3:00, Ticket Sales & Food at 4:30 and Clean up at 6:45.
Table and Chair Set Up: Help set up table and chairs delivered by HISD. We will need to move the tables and chairs from the delivery spot to the eating area.
Decorations: Cover tables with tablecloths supplied and set out any decorations. Help with removing decorations at the end of event.
Banners/Trash Bins: Set Up and take down banners and trash bins that will be provided.
Tickets & Food
Ticket Sales: Greet guests, help with traffic flow and sell tickets. Cash box and tickets will be provided. Online ticket purchases will pick up tickets at this table.
BBQ Servers: Take tickets and help serve BBQ plates.
Hotdog Servers: Take tickets and help serve Hotdog meals.
Server Drinks: Help fill coolers with drinks and ice, hand out waters to guest and restock coolers as needed.
Break Down/Clean Up: Break down tables and chairs and return to storage area, empty coolers, discard trash in dumpster plus break down cardboard bins and help load truck/cars with event supplies.
Donate Coolers: We will need four large coolers preferably with wheels. Drop off coolers at Amanda Tucker's home (5707 Redwood River Dr 77345) by Wednesday, September 25th. Coolers will be brought back to her house for pick up on 9/30 or that week. Please put your name on your cooler.
Water/Drinks Delivery: Pick up drinks at Amanda Tucker's home (5707 Redwood River Dr 77345) on 9/26 and deliver to Tailgate by 4:00 on 9/27. Over 500 bottles of water. A truck is needed or large SUV.
