Areas of Need and Description:
Parking- Direct cars in and out parking lots
Bouncy House – Monitor kids entering and exiting bouncy house^
Food Booths- each booth providing own volunteers, with at least one person at all times with a Food Handler Card.
Children’s Area- Take tickets, direct games and monitor activities in the Children’s area
Drink Station- Hand out canned and bottled beverages in exchange for pre-purchased tickets.
Emcee- Announce entertainment and 50/50 Raffle winners
Beer Garden: Volunteers to pour beer and wine. Will be working with hired bartender. Alcohol Servers Permit required. Additional volunteers are needed to monitor entrance (check ID) and exit.
Ticket Sales – Sell food, beverage and children’s games tickets. Take cash and use parish square credit card reader. Use of personal iphone and/or data plan may be required.
Grounds Crew – Keep grounds clean of trash, wipe tables and chairs as needed.^
Raffle Ticket Sellers- Wander festival selling 50/50 raffle tickets. Handling cash.
Set up – Friday July 20, noon until finished. Saturday July 21, 8-10am to help with setup.^
Clean up – Stay after festival both days for all clean up, 9pm until finished.^
All positions are 2 hour shifts: Friday 3-9pm and Saturday 10am-9pm, except Set up and Clean up. Volunteers may sign up for more than one shift!
