History & Geology Walks

The Royal Oak Nature Society will host two themed Walks this fall in Tenhave Woods.

Royal Oak History Walk  November 8 at 2pm

This is a combination walk of the Royal Oak Nature and Historical Societies. Learn about the first settlers of Royal Oak, where they settled and why.

Geology of Royal Oak  November 22 at 2pm

What did this area look like thousands and millions of years ago? Why is Royal Oak so flat or is it? Join us and learn the answers to these questions and more.

For the safety of all, masks are required. We are limiting groups to 10 people.

Meet at the south gate (off of Lexington Blvd.). Parking in the High School lot at Marais & Lexington.
