Village Club Members
Your board is trying their hardest to make the sign up for the pool an equitable situation. This is the reason for paring down to two spaces per family. We have families that have not been able to register for times that work for their families. We have a diverse community of members with lots of differing needs.
Please be thoughtful about your day and if you believe that you won’t make your reservation please cancel it. There will now be a $25 fee added to member accounts for reservations that are not cancelled with 2 hours of the reservation. Canceling reservations in a timely manner will allow another family to utilize our much-loved pool!
Please remember this is a summer unlike any other we have known. Your kindness and patience are appreciated as we all navigate these unprecedented times. We all look forward to the day when we can get back to “business as usual”.
STRICT ADHERENCE IS EXPECTED, DISREGARD FOR THE RULES MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF POOL PRIVILEGES OR A CODE OF CONDUCT REPRIMAND.
HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL A RESERVATION: If you signed up with an account (using an email and password), log in and click the title of the sign up under the section for 'Items I've signed up for' to quickly view the option to edit/swap/or delete your sign up. If you signed up without an account, you can go back to the sign up by following the link that was provided in your original invite or you can go back to the confirmation email that was sent to you after you signed up. When you view the sign up, you'll see a link at the top that states,"Already signed up? You can change your sign up." Click that link to follow the steps to edit yoursign up slot.
